Are you happy with the NRLA? Answer our members’ survey

We've launched our biennial member satisfaction survey to help shape the services we will offer you over the next two years.

We survey our members every two years to:

  • Find out which services you use the most
  • Discover how we can improve your experience as a landlord
  • Get your feedback on our advocacy work with the media and Government

With significant legislative changes on the horizon, your input has never been more valuable when it comes to  helping us tailor our offer.

The survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete, and every member who completes it will be entered into a draw to win one of five £100 Amazon vouchers.

All responses will be collected confidentially by Pegasus Insight, an independent market research agency.

The survey can be accessed by the unique link sent to members, who will receive a reminder this Sunday, before it closes on 18 August.
