How to complete a credit check

Performing a credit check is an easy three stage process. If at any stage you require advice then our membership team are available to help you during office hours on 0161 962 0010. 

Step 1. Collect tenant history and date of birth

Gather the applicant's full name, date of birth and address history. For the most accurate credit check the NRLA recommends all address history in the last six years (You may input a maximum of three addresses per credit check).

Step 2. Enter details and make payment

Enter the applicant's data into the NRLA credit checking pages. Credits checking is a "pay as you go" service and payment is by credit card.

Step 3. Receive the credit check in minutes

You will receive the full credit check in minutes. You can print out credit check or email it to yourself.
