When to make this kind of application
When applying to court in Wales, you use the Welsh versions of the N5 and N119 forms.
The N5 and N119 forms go together as a pair.
As there are a variety of ways to complete these forms depending on what kind of notice you served, we have created several sets of completion notes to guide you through the most frequent ways that these forms are completed.
